You can find Frogs training around Rockhampton often swimming, cycling or running around town.

The Fitzroy Frogs are once again hosting the Rockhampton Triathlon – a Women’s Only and Under 15’s event on 29 March 2020. The event will have a variety of distance options to encourage our beginner and novice frogs to give triathlon a go and will be held in and around South Rockhampton pool.
