Super Saturday – Kids Duathalon!

The Fitzroy Frogs Super Saturday is a great time to soak up the relaxed and welcoming local atmosphere, featuring fun and competitive kids events and a social corporate duathlon.

JUNIOR DUATHLON – SATURDAY 20TH JULY

The Junior Duathlon is a great event for families with younger kids aged 3 – 11 participating in fully supervised run and bike/scooter events on the closed-off Anzac Parade.

Age distances for the Kids Duathlon are:
3+ Year olds – 200m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 5min run (adult assisted)
3-5 Year olds – 200m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 5min run (un-assisted)
6-8 Year olds – 400m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 7min run (Female)
6-8 Year olds – 400m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 7min run (Male)
9-11 Year olds – 600m run, 15 min Bike/Scooter, 10min run (Female)
9-11 Year olds – 600m run, 15 min Bike/Scooter, 10min run (Male)
