101 Juniors turned up at the South Rockhampton Pool to participate in the Triathlon. Swimming in the Pool, then riding around Sir Raymond Huish Drive and the Showgrounds and then a run along the river.
Juniors received a Fitzroy Frogs Water Bottle and Finishers Certificate.
The Fitzroy Frogs Super Saturday is a great time to soak up the relaxed and welcoming local atmosphere, featuring fun and competitive kids events and a social corporate duathlon.

The Junior Duathlon is a great event for families with younger kids aged 3 – 11 participating in fully supervised run and bike/scooter events on the closed-off Anzac Parade.
Age distances for the Kids Duathlon are:
3+ Year olds – 200m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 5min run (adult assisted)
3-5 Year olds – 200m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 5min run (un-assisted)
6-8 Year olds – 400m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 7min run (Female)
6-8 Year olds – 400m run, 10 min Bike/Scooter, 7min run (Male)
9-11 Year olds – 600m run, 15 min Bike/Scooter, 10min run (Female)
9-11 Year olds – 600m run, 15 min Bike/Scooter, 10min run (Male)

The Junior Aquathlon is a fun event with kids aged 10 – 12 participating in several fully supervised beach run and ocean swim events.
A KIDS ONLY event the Aquathlon is a great chance for the whole family to get on the beach, have fun and be involved.

The Junior Frogs Triathlon is taking place after the Women’s Only Triathlon on Sunday 31st March.
